For one, I really don't think you should talk about the penis size. I don't see any good that could come from it, and you'll hurt his feelings. Just try to get used to what he has to work with. As for the pain, he may have an infection of some sort. Make sure he is keeping things clean. It sounds like something to see a doctor about because most of the time pain on a penis is not a good thing. Go seek some professional guidance.
