My girlfriend’s best friend is single. My girlfriend is always nagging me to set up her up with one of my friends. The problem? Her friend is not attractive. She’s kind of ugly. I am sorry to be mean, but she is. She’s a nice girl, but there’s just not much to look at. So far, I have made up lots of excuses for my friends. I love my girlfriend, so what do I do, just ask one of my friends to go on a date and play along, or keep making excuses?

That's what your friend needs to do. It's one night and it'll make your girlfriend happy. Tell your friend to suck it up...it's a part of life. Besides, he might like her. Yeah, she might be ugly, but to your friend she might be cute. Worst comes to worst, you all go out once, your friend says, "she's a nice girl, but really not my type," and that's it.
It's in the guy code man. You and your friends should already know this.

dont listen to that answer! your friends dont need to spend time with anyone they dont wanna spend time with. if they dont wanna date her, then thats their right. none of this " take one for the team" crap. Its not your repsonsibility or your girlfriends respobsibility to set that girl up with anyone. Nothing to do with how she looks.
