hmmmmm..... well, on one hand, you aren't related by blood so you can legally have sex and get married, but on the other hand this will probably involve and affect you and your step-sister's parents and/or your other siblings (if there are any), and speaking from experience you shouldn't fool around with family at all sexually or romantically.
