Possible Home-Made Sex Lubricants

Question

Just want to know. I'm a very curious person. Oh yeah LOL and my roommate's BF is on the way over here to...ummm....do the nasty with her :P in about a day..... And there is no time or way that she can't make it out to get something. Reason being, our dorm is on DOUBLE LOCKDOWN because of some clowns that tried to pull a stupid prank earlier in the week and we're suffering the brunt of it :(. She's worried she won't be wet enough for the sex to be comfortable. Ask me how I know all this because she is my roomie/BFF and she's complained to me about before :) Thanks for the help!

Hmmmm, I worry about the safety concerns for just about anything you put in the vagina. You can use baby oil on the outside and be alright, but I don't know about in there. I pulled these recipes from an eHow article, which I linked below. Maybe they can help.

Recipes

Water-Based Lubricant Recipe (Safe for Latex)
You can make a simple water-based lubricant from sodium alginate, which is a type of sodium found in brown algae, or seaweed. This simple recipe only calls for two ingredients, 1 teaspoon of sodium alginate and 1 cup of clean, filtered water. Combine the ingredients in a glass pan (do not use a metal pan) over low-to-medium heat until the powdered sodium alginate is completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool, pour it into a container, and keep it refrigerated.

Make an Oil-Based Lubricant from Flax Seeds
To make flax oil lubricant you'll need approximately 1 cup of flax seeds. These can be found at food chains such as Whole Foods or Trader Joe's, as well as local health food markets and nutritional supplement shops. Boil your flax seeds in 6 cups of filtered water for six minutes using a steady boil, not rolling boil. Once the liquid is at a good consistency, strain it with a mesh strainer (flax seeds are very small) into a sterile container. This is your final product. Please keep it refrigerated, otherwise your flax-based lubricant will become rancid.

No-Fuss Oil-Based Lubricants
There are a few oils that are ready to go without having to prepare them or add any extra ingredients. Oils that can be used as personal lubricants include flax, almond, olive, and coconut oil.
