hello. I was wanting to ask a few questions to do with testicles/penis.
anyways. I am 16, I am wondering if those two things will grow anymore or they usually have stopped growing at this point.
another thing is that there are these little white 'bubbles' on my balls and penis. they are more visible when I bend or stretch the tissue, but some of them are so close to the surface that they actually fall out. is this normal? what are these things? is it bad if I remove them? I think I picked 2 out at some point that were ON the surface. both on the balls.
One more thing. do cuts etc. usually get healed on your penis? I still have a little scar of a little cut I got. It's really shallow but it's weird because the skin peels over it, like it's flabby.

Yes your cock and balls still have a while to grow, and about those bubbles buddy, go to the doctor to get it checked out, they will know what to do, there's antibiotics today that clear up almost anything. Have you been sexually active, or oral sexually active?

The white bobbles i would say are just blocked pores a bit like the ones you get on your face. I wouldn't worry too much about them but if you would like to get them checked properly see your doctor, they will have seen all that and much much worse before.

As a general rule, you and your penis/testicles can keep growing till the end of puberty which can last till you are 21/22/23 depending on the individual and hormonal activity.
GG is right that the bubbles you are describing are more likely dried sebum and nothing to be worried about. However, if you do end up with clusters of the bubbles and they feel like small lumps or have a rough texture, go see your GP so he can have a look at them and get rid of them for you.
