Raped?

Question

I'm saving myself for marriage, but I've engaged in handjobs and heavy petting. I was making out with a guy at my friend's party, we were french kissing, I was jerking him off and his hand was up my skirt and down my underwear. He was about to cum when he rolled over, pulled my underwear aside and penetrated me completely and came. I was too stunned to say anything, then pushed him off. He was surprised, then apologized. I cried and left.

Yeah ... i am sorry you feel you was raped .. but yeah your sitting there kissing him and rubbing his cock ... use your brain and don't put yourself in a situation like that .

Honestly, he probably thought that was going to happen...that you would eventually have vaginal intercourse. It's sort of a norm. Unless you made it perfectly clear that you weren't going to do that, he was just acting in the moment. He wouldn't have apologized if he set out to rape you. He just thought it was going to happen.

In know you probably feel used now, but you have to understand that he didn't have that abusive mentality. He just wanted to get off the way guys normally do. Unless you avoid sex of all kinds, things like this are going to happen. Just make note of this when you hookup with people in the future and let them know that nothing goes in you that you don't have control of.

You are insane. Of course that is rape. If a woman has not consented to penetration, she is being raped. Not every sexual act is an invitation to intercourse.

That's some truly anti-feminist advice Ms Stubblefield.

I never said it was right or that it wasn't rape by definition. I just don't think it was intentional rape. Actual rapists set out to hurt their victim and take something of theirs that they shouldn't have access to. This guy just tried to get off. I don't know the full details of the situation...I wasn't there. Nevertheless, if she didn't indicate it was against the rules and was blatantly playing with a guy's dick, I don't think it's so illogical that he would assume penetration was part of the plan. I'm not anti-feminist. I'm pro-logical-open-mindedness. Sue me.
