Self-consciousness about my weight?

Question

Well, i was having sex and it occured to me that she was looking at me funny. She said i am just a tad chunkier than she is used too.(weight wise, not penis =P)I was kind of embarrased, because i know alot of guys she has been with are muscular. So, what should i do about this?(besides working out because, i have been)

Gaining a little weight isn't something to be ashamed of. After working online, I've gained about 20 pounds that I am none too pleased with, and my husband has made little hints about it, understandably. In the midst of that, I did notice throughout the past few months that I am the one who is the most noticing and worried about the weight. He doesn't really seem to care, as this girl may not.

Nevertheless, a self conscious mind will forever wander, so I don't blame you for being upset. Working out is good, especially if you are seeing some sort of results. If you aren't proud of your accomplishments yet, you could always try having sex in the dark so you don't have to feel like she's staring at you (even though she likely isn't). While you try to get your body to a place you'll be happy with, you could also focus on giving her more pleasure than she's ever had. Seriously, a few praises from some out of this world orgasms will have you thinking you are the man, without a doubt. Give her every reason to forget about your weight, and then when your body comes back, give her the reasons even harder. If you get her going enough, you should have no more self consciousness (and you may get a bit of joy from it too).
