Sex Question

Question

I have question about sex . When I have sex and I get a fully hard erection and start having sex sometimes I the erection lose some of it's hardness and I am not always having sex with a full erection. And I have to get a erection all over again. I don't ejaculate yet. How do I keep a fuller hard erection until I ejaculate or is this normal and I can't do anything about it? Am I doing something wrong? What can you recommend me?

Being 47 I can say that this has been normal for me.

The problem is not the ability to get an erection. It's mainly about not getting distracted. Problems can be:

1. Your mind wanders to something else
2. The position hurts or is uncomfortable
3. You're tired
4. You did "too much" foreplay (yes, its true!)
5. You masturbated too much earlier in the day/week

All of these can lead to going from being rock hard one minute, to being slightly soft the next minute.

Its hard for the mind to remain mentally super-turned-on every second of the sex act.

I can say for me, I can get hard/soft tons of times in a single night.

What matters in the end is that your partner remains satisfied, keep your mind in the bed, and in the end you deliver the goods :-)

You are panicking. Simple. You have had a loss of erection once perhaps and now it affects every time you have sex. As soon as you get hard you think game on but as soon as you go to enter her you panic that you might lose it again. So creating a vicious circle of negative thought for yourself. Stop thinking about "trying" to keep hard and concentrate on how beautiful she is and how great she smells and feels against your skin! That should do it.

Awaisagha · totally agree with GG,i also had lack of confidence in beginning that i wouldn't be able to do or i will lose erection but when i did,and then this went on,i got my confidence back and now i am perfectly normal, just dont think that you will lose erection or u will not be able to satisfy her, think of her,her breath ups and downs, her grabbing u,and so on...dont feel it,as she wouldnt also feel this.

how old are you? it may be a bloodflow issue. in all honesty, i've never experienced loss of erection, so i say you must be doing it wrong!.......but then again, i've heard that age affects it somehow......
