The front of her teeth shouldn't ever touch your dick. Her lips will cover it when you slide in, and then your shaft will be in the back of the teeth for the rest. The only thing I would worry about is if she has to get a metal bridge. I had to have that, and it is basically a big metal bar on the roof of the mouth. I don't think you should have to worry as a whole, other than the fact that her mouth will be in pain after every tightening.
