Hmmm, anything is possible I suppose, but that doesn't seem likely. I'm not sure if sperm dies somehow in your mouth, but I don't think it does until you swallow and it hits your stomach acid. If so, you could have spit live swimmers in her, but they would have had to fall pretty deep. It seems fishy to me and doubtful at best, but nothing can be certain until the DNA test. I'd hold off on any big moves or worries until then.
