It's been a crazy hot summer this year and we know that it's the time of year where everyone loves to have fun in the sun! We have some great date ideas for you to finish your summer off with a bang! No pun intended....hehehe
Art Walk Outdoors
Some cities and towns have monthly or even weekly art exhibits on the streets. They often display fucky art and serve drinks at these events. Attending one of these is for sure a great idea for a summer date. You may impress a girl showing that you have an intellectual and artistic side to you that she never would've thought existed. This certaintly will create some reasons for you both to spark up some conversation about different pieces of art. I don't care if you are an art fanatic or you know nothing about art at all. It's a great event to attend to have fun if offered in your local area!
Doggy Walking
If the girl you want to ask out on a date has an animal then ask her if she'd like to take a trip to the animal park or even just a walk with the dog. Trust me, you're killing two birds with one stone here folks...getting to the girls heart through her animal can score you big points. Trust me, she like her dog way more than she likes you! Win the dog over and you might just have won her over as well! Hopefully the animal isn't a biter and doesn't try to attack you. This will leave her thinking "maybe the dog senses something I don't" or it could land you some sympathy as well. It's a tough call but worth a shot.
Ice Cream Sundae Time
On a hot summer day there is virtually nothing better than eating a nice cold ice cream sundae! The whole trip will be a great experience and will give you time to enjoy a nice tasty treat as well as learn a little bit about what she likes. If you can find a place that allows you to make your own ice cream sundaes that makes it even that much better! This is a great date idea. The downside to this one...find out if she's lactose intolerant before going. If she is then she's surely never to forget all that bathroom time and gas you've created for her. LOL, a stomache ache isn't a nice thought to remember one by.
Pack a Picnic
If you surprise a girl with a nice planned out picnic for the two of you then you're sure to score some points here! Just tell her all she needs to do is showup and you'll handle the rest. This shows a girl you really put some thought into preparing for a nice enjoyable time together. Bring a bottle of wine or even some ice cold premade margaritas depending on the type of picnic theme you are going for. If you know what she likes then try to use some insight and pack items she may like to consume. It's not all about the food but it's about the effort and time spent together. She will appreciate your efforts if you give an honest stab at preparing for a picnic...even if you fail at doing so!
Water Time!
When it's hot out that means it's time to get in the water to refresh each other! :) A great place for a date is a trip to the beach or even a pool party! It's a chance for you to immediately get the girl into that bikini or bathing suit! Make sure you go extra prepared. Be sure to bring some sunblock and some nice refreshments for her to enjoy. If you live around a waterpark I would definitely suggest hitting the slides for a fun date! Waterparks are awesome and filled with activities from slides and waves to relaxing on the lazy river. Just don't pee in the pool! :-P
Rock on!
Outdoor concerts are always fun to attend. You could make a day of it even. Prepare for some early tailgating action and pregame before the show with some more friends. I love concerts. Just make sure that the person you are attending the show with has atleast a small liking to the band. Not everyone likes Ozzy Osbourne and Marilyn Mansion so choose your shows wisely!
Cookouts!
Cookouts are great places to take a date with you. You know there will be food and drinks as well as possibly games. Really whats not to like aobut it?!?! The one suggestion I do have is that make sure you make the person whom is attending the cookout with you feel comfortable. If you bring them to a cookout and take off for 2 hours to play games and do keg stands while leaving them in the corner then you're surely not going to another one with them again...I can guarantee that for sure!
