If you're having sex a lot, it might just be that there's nothing left. You're basically shooting blanks. As awesome as it would be for sperm to just refill itself instantaneously, it can't. Thus if you want to have sex over and over, you have to be ready for a lack of sperm. Save up for a couple days and avoid masturbating (you seem like someone who would do it daily or even multiple times a day). See if that makes any difference. Otherwise, Vitamin E and Zinc are supposed to increase the amount of semen you have, but I've never seen that put to the test.
