So, your new man has invited you to his place for “dinner” and you are at the point in your relationship where tonight may be “The Night.” But what do you pack? Well, here are a few tips that may help.
Don’t over-pack
First, you should not pack a full overnight bag. This can appear as though you are planning for a night of passion which can work against you. The point of “A Night of Passion” is to be spontaneous and romantic. You will lose this romance, if you plan too much.
Try to be prepared for the morning
At the same time, you should prepared for your night and the morning after. After all you may not be quite ready for him to see you at your “worst” yet. Preparing for this night may be one of the most important things you do. You should be prepared without appearing so. Don’t change your purse to the “BIG” purse, unless of course it matches your outfit.
Bring the basics for sure
You should pack the basics though. This should definitely include your toothbrush or a travel toothbrush, if you have one. This is the most important item you could bring. “Morning breath” can put a huge damper on any subsequent activities. Also, you will want to get any horrible tastes out of your mouth left over from the previous nights dinner. This will also show your man that you care about your hygiene. So, make your toothbrush just like your American Express, never leave home without it.
Find something to fix your hair
Depending on your hair type, you should also bring something to fix your mop in the morning. You know how your “bed hair “ looks, adding a night of love making to it, isn’t going to make it look any better. So, be sure to throw a brush, comb, pick or whatever you use. Remember that nobody wakes up looking like Angelina Jolie in the morning, not even her. You will not be equipped with your usual tools, so make due with what you can. If necessary, bring a hair clip or the like to get that mess out of your face.
Some clothes to pack
Bring a change of panties. This may seem like an odd thing to carry around in your purse, but it will come in very handy. Also, make sure they are not your “comfy” panties. At this point in your relationship, your beau is not ready to know about those. This time pack your frilly, lacy, girly panties. Chances are he may be there to see you in them.
Don’t forget deodorant!
Next, make sure you bring your deodorant. Keeping in mind that you may not be able to rush out the door to shower and get dressed the way you normally would, this will help keep you fresh at least until you can. Also, if you can, you may bring a small bottle of body spray, if there’s room.Overall, you don’t want to appear as though you are planning to give him the night of his life, even if you are. Being prepared without appearing so, will also impress him. This may even make him think you can handle it all.
