I am juuust falling for this newly hired girl that I work with, but after only about a month, she is allegedly seeing another guy secretly, who I also work with. Should I just abandon ship and find someone else (which is hard to do, it's a small town here), or should I leave the door open and find out exactly is going on between those two. I'm afraid if I do the latter, I'll make it super awkward for everybody.

Simple rules, of office romance.
Never mess around in your own office or work area.
If you car pool, us a restroom in the same building, don't do it.
Its just not worth the headaches.

i was married to my boss once upon a time. true, when it was good it was good, but everything else was extremely complicated! good thing it only lasted a month. and the marriage only lasted about 2 years longer.......
