Haha, I don't know about programmed, but that would be my suggestion. Anything that would get the head of your penis basically pushing the back of her clit, even though that's not technically what happens. If she's on top, have her ass facing you. If you're on top, get her on her stomach. That may be fun if you work a vibrator in the mix because she could lay on it and hump that with the pressure of your body to make it feel good.
