It's basically the athletic version of doggie style...haha. The man comes from behind and mounts the woman like he would in doggie style, but this time he holds up her legs like a wheel barrel. This allows for deep penetration.
As for how it feels, man, it's been awhile since I tried that. I couldn't tell you. I broke my pelvis in a car accident this summer, and I haven't been strong enough to tackle something like this. Soooo, I say just give it a go and then YOU can tell US how it feels :) Have fun.
