I genuinely love this question because I think it will help some of you guys out there to understand the female mind a bit more. Do we all like swallowing? No. In fact, a lot of women despise the idea of swallowing, let alone the act itself. With that in mind, there are women who want nothing more than to suck your dick dry during a blow job. If you happen to be with one of them, good for you :) If you tell your girl you want her to swallow and she obliges, chances are she doesn't hate it. If she offers to swallow or just does it in the middle of a blow job one day, then she *probably* likes it. Probably, not definitely. In other words, women are just as wishy washy about swallowing as they are about anal, facials, or any other sexual experience most men love.
