I heard of people using this as a form of domination .. What makes this apealing to people .. I have tryed the coffee enema and I just felt like I drank 100 cups of coffee ,,, I used black dunkin donuts coffee .. I think I should have use grounds ??? Also is tap water ok to use for enemas ?

This is the first I've heard of people getting off on enemas, but anything is possible. For the most part it seems a little uncomfortable, but I suppose the sudden relief of emptying the bowels could be orgasmic to some people. I wouldn't really recommend it if I were you, but I'm no expert on how to do it. I suppose you could do research on it, but it seems like there would be health risks in the long run....maybe not though. Sigh, I'm rambling :) I'd just find something else to get off with if this hasn't worked for you. New fetishes to the rescue!
