The only thing I've heard of to work is coring out a fruit with a soft inside and using that. Oranges, grapefruits, melons...those sorts of things. Use a knife to cut a hole in one the size of your dick and scoop out a tunnel with a spoon. Then get to humping :) Haha

I'd guess that it's more involved than this. I think you can go to college and learn how, probably some sort of surgical rotation and internship may be required.
When I was your age I discover that taking a nice ripe juicy peach, cutting it into quarters, taking out the pit and some of the meat worked well. The peach has to be juicy and flexible.
Otherwise, lotion and your hand, put your hand on the counter in one position and thrust.
