Lol, so this happened yesterday and you want me to tell you if she's pregnant. That won't be determined for a few weeks after she takes a pregnancy test. Could you have gotten her pregnant? Ya. Pre-cum has sperm in it too, so if some of that got in her, there is a chance. It's not likely though. She has to be in a certain part of her menstrual cycle to have an egg dropped, and then some of that minute drop of sperm would have had to travel in her.
