I am 55yrs old man. I like sex very much. Can I still make any girl pregnant? Till what age a man is able to make a woman pregnant? ( considering a woman is fertile).
Men produce sperm continuously throughout their lives, while women only produce a certain amounts of eggs in their lifetime. However, sperm count may decrease with age and/or diminish due to any injury or disease in the testes. And if the woman is fertile then yes, it is possible to make her pregnant.
