im not having sex because of it(3mo.). He thinks that since no one else has complained about it im liying. Last night he gave me an ultimatum. He says he tried to get rid of his "problem" the last 2 weeks and that either i do something (he says im the one w the issue)or else.

All men smell down there. If he's particularly smelly though, that's not *your* problem. He sounds defensive, and that defensive attitude may not be good later on. It seems that you can either deal with the smell, kindly ask him to wash the area, or leave him because of the bad attitude. It's only been three months, so a break up wouldn't exactly be detrimental to either of you.I can't make that choice for you.
I wish you the best.
