So ive been wondering, ive herd quite a few things that douches are not to great for you cause the remove not only the bad bactieria in your vagina but the good as well, which can lead to infection. Is this true? Are they healthy to use occasionaly just not to much? I dont know anything about them and would love to be more educated on the subject

Nope they should never ever be used vaginaly. You end up creating a vicious cycle. You wash the right bacteria away, so you get a smell in your nether regions, so you wash again only this time more vigorously, and so it continues. There is no need to ever have water or soap enter your vagina. It is a self cleaning system.
If you pee after sex it will remove any bacteria that was left behind from lubes or your partner. If you don't douche but somehow get a bad odour occurring, then you will need to see a doctor for medical help :-)

Hmm, not that I would know but I heard using Douche once a week was healthy to keep things fresh and clean. But the stuff on the bacteria makes sense. If you let the guy cum in you every time, I would think once a week using it wouldn't be such a bad thing.
