I'm a 20 year old female that is roughly 4 months pregnant, my breast feel like they are going to explode. They started leaking milk a week or so ago, my bf will play when were having sex but that's it. My breast are getting to the point that they fell like they will explode and sometimes they are leaking with out touching them. I have asked my bf to help but unless were having sex he wont.
I don't feel like sitting there and milking them, but I do have a friend (a male friend) that said he would love to help. Nothing more just let him milk them. Two questions, would this be cheating? and could my breast milk make him sick?

You and your boyfriend are the only ones that can define cheating. Is he okay with some guy sucking on your boobs? If you were planning to do this behind his back, then I'd say yes, it is some minor form of cheating just because you felt the need to lie about it. Any time there is lying plus physical interaction, the result is cheating.
In any event, the breast milk should not make him or anyone else sick. Babies have compromised immune systems to begin with - they're weak. If they can handle it, a grown man can. It's just really not going to taste good. In my opinion, you should just get the leak absorbers you can put in your bra or pump it yourself. It'll make life much easier, and you'll feel less guilty.
