I've recently started to like this girl in my office. I have been wanting to try and talk to her in a more sexual manner but I want to be low key about it. I know she is aware that I like her but I'm not sure how I should approach her. What can I do to try and get her to like me a little more?

You don't. Never sleep with your co-worker or room mate. There can be the exception but your asking for a world of trouble if things don't work out.

It's not wise to date where you work. Like Laudy said below, if things don't work out you could be in a mess of drama. Also, if you say ANYTHING to her sexually or flirty...and she doesn't like it...one claim of sexual harassment and you're fired buddy.
It's just not worth it. Either move on, or quit your job and then pursue it.
