Firstly this is a fantastic thing to do if your partner has been having trouble relaxing during sex or has been having difficulty reaching orgasm. It can be done for both men and women, yes ladies, men love to be massaged too, even if they don't admit it.
Set the scene:
A warm room, warm blankets or towels, dim lighting, soft music, relaxing incencse such as Lavender and Ylang Ylang.
Oils:
I would suggest using a base oil like Sweet Almond oil or if there is a nut allergy present then Grapeseed oil. Try not to use baby oil as it can get very sticky when constantly rubbed but if . They are very cheap to pick up and can be found in most supermarkets in the medicines aisle.
Massage Technique:
1.Get your partner to lie on their back either naked or with just underpants on (i say this especially if you partner has body issues).
2.Make sure they are comfy and warm and cover them in either the blanket or towel.
3.Tell you partner where you are going to start. Move from area to area in this order; front of legs, arms, chest, tummy (if they will let you), back of legs and finally back.
4. Use long sweeping movements rather than short strokes. Keep contact with the body as much as you can.
5. when nearing the end of each area being massaged, let your touches linger longer on; the groin, shoulders, breast tissue (not breasts or nipples), bottom of the buttocks (where it joins the thigh) and bottom of the spine (right at the top of the ass).
6. When you have reached the end of the massage your partner should be relaxed and completely aroused all at the same time! As you didn't actually touch any of the sexual organs (penis, breasts, vagina) they will be in a heightened state of arousal and this is when a nice long kiss would work in your favour!
