I don't think there are any "unhealthy" fetishes unless they deal with dead, deformed, mutilated, or severed body parts. You liking to be "handgagged" (a term I had never heard, so thatnks for the education :) ) is not unhealthy at all. There are men with armpit fetishes...women who like bald men...the list goes on forever. this is a somewhat mild and almost innocent form of domination, where the hand is basically saying "Shut up bitch. I'm in control." Seemingly, that's what you're into :)
I'm a firm believer in sticking with and expanding whatever fetishes you have. Keeping an open mind only allows you to feel more pleasure in the end. Do what/who you like and like what/who you do. Easy peasy :)
