when ever i press my gf breast she says it pain hers but i do it softly even then so,i wanna just know it really when when breast is pressed hard or softly...............
As Otto has stated could be the time of the month or could also be puberty. I don't know how old you or your GF are but if she is going through puberty and her breasts are growing, they can be very tender to the touch and on some occasions very painful to even wear a bra.
Just talk to her and ask her what she likes and does not like and all should be well.

depending on the time of the month, breasts can be more sensitive.
Man rough hard skin, woman soft soft.
Don't PRESS on her breasts if it hurts her. caress the skin, circle her nipples with your finger tips, lightly pinch her nipples if she likes that.
Be GENTLE.
