It depends...big bumps or little ones? Small white/yellow bumps are just glands that were supposed to turn into pube follicles but never made it to the surface. Big, odd shaped bumps however are signs of STDs. If you have the first, you have nothing to worry about. People get those on their dicks, nipples, lips, and all kinds of places. If it's the second, go see a doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
