In some cases that is true cuz if your in shape you can do even more positions than that of a person who is overweight or not in shape. But people who are not in shape have advantages cuz of "more cushion for the pushin," and the not in shape couple can lose weight while having sex cuz the heart is racing and every muscle in the body is working.

absolutely! As Marlon Brando said in his book, "in the 1960's I gained alot of weight and it was begining to effect my sex life", lol.... for any extended periods of physical activity the body needs to be able to cope with it, in terms of muscles and general fitness. Certain positions demand more from certain muscle groups and the repeated usage of these muscles, they need to be in good shape or you cab suffer cramps and muscular spasms. Stamina is important, and this comes from fitness obviously, for sexual performance...... Personally, I'd like to think I'm quite athletic and in physical shape..... But today, having a sore throat, lol, I found myself having slight chest pains during intercourse, I had to stop in order to breath and "perform" properly. So even a slight fitness issue can sometimes affect sexual performance.

though, having said that, I'm sure that two "out of shape" people in a loving relationship could be having better sex than two "athletic" types who are having a one night stand......

since I'm not sure how these questions get marked "answered", is this question regarding you specifically? If so, what are the details? But I guess the answer could be that if you are concerned about yr weight and its effecting yr sex life, I guess losing some weight won't hurt.....

Yes! The endurance, strength, and flexibility gained at the gym can definitely be used in bedroom. The more fit you are, the sexier you feel. Overall well-being can lead to better sex because stress levels are lowered and sex drive is heightened. Work out and reap the benefits!
