I am 30 years old and I have noticed that I am starting to really go bald these days. I am very worried that this will lead to me not getting laid as much and maybe not having the chance to get married. My confidence has been decreasing and I am scared I will not find a woman to be with because of my baldness. Should I be worried about this and what can I do to prevent this or should I not worry at all?

The answer is a double edged sword. Unfortunately you cannot prevent baldness. It is inherent and naturally irreversible. There are the obvious "cures" such as topical ointments and hair replacement systems, but in most womens eyes, a man who has more self confidence rather than hair, is a helluva lot sexier than a man with a thick head of curls with head down and a worried expression.
Focus on your inner guy more than your outer guy.

Also, shaved heads are VERY in right now! If your hair is really starting to go, take the "if you can't beat em, join em" approach. Shaved heads are VERY sexy, plus, women will always want to touch your head!
