about penis

when I have sex with my wife I feel extreme pain on my penis.
The pain starts when I want to push my penis inside her lovely hole. The skin covering my penis's head does not open and that cause so much pain.
Please help me, what should I do for stratching my skin.

Your penis pain could stem from a variety of reasons. Since you mentioned scratching, it might be due to eczema or even psoriases on the skin of your penis.
