Hi can getting hit in the balls whilst having sex do any permanent damage,i know its a weird question to ask because yeah it hurts like nothing else and i was always against anyone going near my balls,even seeing it would scare me,but a few years ago i was having sex with this girl and she was on top in the reverse cowgirl position and suddenly she started hitting my balls while she was riding me,well i came instantly,it was like pleasure and pain all in one,it was a huge turn on and now i have grown to love this to the point that if i can't cum while having sex,i ask for her to hit my balls and problem solved,i guess what i want to know is can this do damage and is this a bad thing because i'm finding that i can't cum unless i get hit there now,what do you think?

It depends on the hit and how much it hurts, just like anything else. I'm no doctor, but I imagine there is some bruising involved with heavy hits to the balls, especially since they are so sensitive to begin with. If you feel pain for a few days, you might want to have someone take a look at it. If the pain only lasts for a few minutes or for the rest of the night, you might be fine...as if you stubbed your toe or hit your head on a cabinet door. You should know when you need to stop, but a little BDSM can be pretty enjoyable :)

I second what Heaven said, and if it was too painful you would not have enjoyed it. Also was it a light slap or light punch to balls or really hard hit? That can make a world of difference.
