I am no doctor but I think they may have some medications which can be used to help sustain an erection for a longer period of time. Before that you may also want to try using a cock ring or add some toys to the mix. I would even say maybe try adding some pornographic videos playing while having sex. That may help keep you aroused for a longer period of time.
I think the pressure of your partner thinking it is not you and it is them has made it more difficult for you as well. Try and relax and not concentrate so much on that aspect.
