My boyfriend is not circumcised or I don't think he ever got circumcised. We'll aren't all boys suppose to get circumcised when they are born? Anyway, I'm confused on how to give him a handjob. Am I suppose to pull the skin back or is painful if I pull his skin back. I don't want to hurt him. All my other boyfriends were circumcised.

Please give him a handjob differently! A man with an intact foreskin will appreciate it if you wrap your hand around his shaft and move his foreskin up and down so that it moves back and forth over his glans. You can vary your hand position to change the effect. Your hand should not touch his glans (head) because your dry hand will be too rough for the sensitive tissue.
If you want to drive an intact man crazy, pull his skin over his glans and run a wet finger between his foreskin and glans. Or, better yet, run your tongue between the foreskin and glans.
PS: About half the newborn boys in the US are not circumcised. They are being left intact and leave the hospital with their whole body. Intact men have a very sensitive penis and sex is usually different with an intact man than with a circumcised guy. The foreskin moves inside the vagina and gives a totally different sensation.

They aren't "supposed to", but many of them are nowadays. There's nothing wrong with a natural penis though. I've never personally had an experience with something that wasn't circumcised, so i may not be the best source of info on this one. I don't think you should give a handjob any differently though, so I would just grab and shake like normal. If you pull the skin and it hurts him for some reason, you'll be able to tell by his face. If you're doing it right, you'll be able to tell in other ways...cough cough. Worse comes to worst, watch him masturbate once and see what he does; or, dare I say, ask him :)

Just ask your boyfriend to get a circumcision. It's pretty much done by laser these days and he can decide just how much skin he wants removed. And he will be back in business in a couple days. A lot times laser doesn't leave a big scar like the clamp used to. And you will probably like the results.
