I don't think you should. There's nothing to tell. It would be like her forewarning you that she has small boobs or a hairy vagina. Why does it matter? Not being circumcised isn't anything for either party to be embarrassed about, so I'm not sure why you are so concerned. You should be just fine. If for some reason she can't accept that about you, move on to someone else that will.
