Question Asked by Worried about 1 year ago - [ Ask a Question ]

Some times I have trouble maintaining an erection during sex.Is this normal? Is there any thing I can do to keep it up longer?

Answer

There are many factors that need to be looked at here now for this issue. Your age, your over all health state, are you taking any medications that could cause this? Many different things can cause one to not maintain an erection. Stress etc. First thing I would start to do if your doctor okays it is start performing some regular cardiovascular activity such as running, jump roping, elliptical work etc. Secondly, I would make sure I was eating healthy and trying to lead a healthy lifestyle. I am not a doctor and these are just my personal thoughts. I would also talk to your girlfriend and let her know how you feel. If the girl you are having sex with is understanding then you should have no problem opening up to her and maybe it will even encourage her to try to do more fun activities in the bedroom to try and keep you excited. :)

YES THE other writer has hit it right . erection problems have many factors . Do you drink too much. ? are you really turned on by your mate . ? if not think of paris hilton while you are with her . lol sorry . But i had to say that . But really there are so many factors . That control your erection problem. My wife was so nagging that i would lose it Guess it was just stress .. But since im not with her anymore and have been with about 20 different girls since we split 15 yrs ago. I have never had that problem again .
