5.4 to 5.5 inches is not considered to be tiny or a "teenie weenie". I have had sex with individuals that are smaller than that and bigger than that as well. It is hard to say whether see will be fully satisfied as every individual is different.
Honestly, the best thing to do is to stay confident and when it comes down to the wire just try and talk to her about it if you are close with her. I really wouldn't worry about it too much. What I would do is just focus on other ways you can sexually please her if you think it may be a problem. There are many ways to sexually satisfy a woman. ;-)
