I am 14. I masturbate a lot and my penis is only 5 3/4 inches when It's erect. Does my masturbation have anything to do with my small penis?

For one, your penis is not that small...no worries. Average is 5 inches, and that's for a full grown adult. Masturbation won't stunt your growth at all though, so just wait a few years and you should have plenty of penis to play with.
