I recently had unprotected sex, I got tested 3 days later, results came back negative for syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes..and i think thats it.. Did i take the test too soon? because i feel some slight sting in my penis and slight ache in my testicles and lower stomach sometimes...also..I can't seem to get an erection as easy anymore

Your mind may be playing tricks with you. The lacking erection may be the result of fear that you do in fact have an STD. It can't hurt to get retested. There are false negatives each and every day, Go back, and if it's another no, your other symptoms may miraculously go away. Mind over matter man :)

After i had discovered my last bf had been cheating on me i went to be tested for chlamydia. Results at the clinic showed positive so i was given a course of anti-biotics to take for 10days. I followed to the letter and all the while i had the similar aching in my lower abdomen. I went back after for my re-test and it came back negative and then also got told at that time that i probably wasnt positive to start with!
I then put my tummy ache down to worry about how long i could have had it for and the implications that may have followed.
Heaven is dead right, go back for a re-test if only for total peace of mind.
