1. If you wanna pick up a girl just for sex on the first date she'll probably not want to have a relationship with you after. This is called a One Night Stand. Basically if you look to desperate for sex (this applies for both guys and girls) then people aren't going to think vary well of you and people have got to respect you to want a real relationship.
The best way to seduce girls is just to be confident and interesting in some way – humor, smarts, exciting lifestyle, good looks etc. – and to actively seek to bring her into that interesting life of yours.
2. Vary little is known about what effects penis size. Micropenis (2 inches or shorter erect) is thought to be related to a wide varety of hormone problems (look it up on wikipedia) but no clear evidence about any of it.

1. I agree with watcher. If you want a relationship, start with that and then work your way into sex. I think introducing sex early on in a relationship is an easy way to make it fail. The fact is that any woman who would fuck you after one date likely has commitment issues, and the same can be said about you for doing that. I'm not saying you couldn't be fuck buddies and end up as a happy couple. It's just highly unlikely. Decide if the relationship or the sex is more important to you and I;ll help you in either regard.
2. Hormones impact a lot about your body, but I'm not sure if there is a correlation with them and penis size. I'd venture to guess it is more of a genetic thing (something you inherited from your family) or an issue during development. I could totally be off on that though...just taking an uneducated guess really.
