My shaft has wrinkles and cracks on it. This has been slowly occuring for about 16 months. I have been to the doctor and i have no STD's or STI's. My doctor said circumcesion might help it but i dont trust that particular doctor and dont want to. It also has pimple type things on the edge of the shaft and once again i have no dieses or virus or cancer, Its like it is dry or something. Is there anything i can do to help get rid of the pimples or pupluas what ever they are called and aslo get rid of the creases-wrinkles-cracks on my shaft? I have been told it is pretty normal but my friends said they dont have them and i am embarressed to get oral.

Hmm, this is a tough one. I would get some sort of cream to use like lotion on the shaft. That could relieve the cracking a bit. As for the pimples, those may be helped by the moisture, but I would suggest that you maintain proper cleaning on a daily basis. Don't use any abrasive cleaners as they will only worsen the dryness. Do what you can with warm water by itself.

thats why i cant understand why i have the pimples because i am very clean i usally shower twice a day and my penis is the main part i wash.
Do you think the pimples are cause by the dryness or the moisture?
