I can say that from personal experience it isn't all it's cracked up to be. It's great if you have a genuine medical reason for not being able to achieve an erection or are not able to keep one for any length of time, but that's about it.
Those of you thinking of dabbling for recreational purposes please bear this in mind:
* It can take a while to find the right dosage to take to achieve what you comfortably need.
* It is illegal to take it without prescription in many countries.
* The side affects are not great, fast heart rate, feeling dizzy, feeling nauseous, blocked sinuses, runny nose (not attractive), possible heart complications (even less attractive having cardiac arrest during the deed).
* You need to anticipate sex and take it a short while before hand, so being spontaneous goes out of the window.
* Also speaking from experience, from the womans point of view, the erection achieved is not natural. It can be incredibly hard, almost like steel, which IS NOT a good thing. Sex then becomes an unfeeling kind of experience. You do not get the same feelings inside you as would with a natural erection. Women will know what i mean but boys please listen.
As i said if you have a genuine reason for taking it then it is a god send! I am not a doctor and so i would consult a physician for better advice. My advice is just an outline.
