If you've lived with foreskin all your life, don't get it chopped off now. There is a ton of sensitivity there that you'll never get back after circumcision. It's unnecessary and it will hurt your sex life. Don't bother, really.
on the up side of having your foreskin removed it can help you last longer during sex. also if everyman was circumcised at birth things like cervical cancer wouldnt be so prevelant. its also so much cleaner therefore other diseases ie thrush etc wouldnt be passed around so much. however it is quite a painful procedure for an older guy so if it doesnt really cause you any real problems leave it be.
