How do I tell my GF not to get implants?

What is the best way to tell my GF that she doesn't need to get breast implants. I have told her over and over that I hate fake boobs but she doesn't listen at all. I am a guy that likes natural boobs. I can't stand hard implants and I rather be with a girl that has small boobs that are real versus fake boobs that are hard and huge. My GF is planning on going through with this surgery and I don't know how I'm going to react to it. Should I try and talk her out of it or let her get the implants like she wants?

Tell her exactly how you feel. Tell her you love her boobs the way they are and she shouldn't waste her money if she already looks good. If she doesn't listen you can always give her an alternative. If you have absolutely tried everything in your power to stop her from getting implants, then let her do what she wants. Then you have the choice of accepting her decision if she goes through with it and having nice play toys or you have the option of leaving and being with a natural girl. Hope this helps.

The fact of the matter is that it's her decision. While you may love her boobs, it's obvious that she does not. Having a larger chest might improve her self confidence.
You have a few choices. You can stick it out and try to be supportive of her decision or you can move on. There are plenty of girls with natural boobs who wouldn't dream of altering them.
If I was in your position I would give it some time after the surgery. See whether her personality is affected by it. Maybe you'll find you're okay with her fake boobs even if other peoples' fake boobs just don't cut it. If you decide you can't handle it, that's okay too. Just continue to be honest with her no matter what. Good luck.

ditto!! she's obviously set on getting them whether you like it or not. if you can't get through to her through communication and really don't like them after her surgery, then it's up to you whether or not you want to terminate the relationship over the implants. are breasts really the most important aspect ablut your relationship? it's a risk each of you are going to have to take...
