My boobs are pretty small, but since I don't have the money for implants I suffer in the bedroom. I am also very thin so I don't mind so much when my shirt is off its just that my guy won't play with my boobs. I've tried moving his hands over them to indicate what I want, but it never works. Are there any other ways I can get him to pay attention to them?

You said that you don't mind when your shirt is off, so that indicates self confidence. Take that self confidence one step further and add a dash of good old fashioned sex appeal. Well I have a girlfriend with small boobs too but I love to play with them. So heres what you do. Turn him on as much as possible that way he would be distracted and you can control his hands or lay on top of him and lick and suck his fingers and then place his fingers on your nipples cuz not only would it turn you on but it would turn him on too or put some whip-cream and put them on your nipples so he has to lick it off
