I can’t seem to stop my nipples from getting hard all the time, and they poke out of my shirt. What’s a girl to do? I hate walking outside because they just seem to stick out all the time. It feels like everyone is staring at me. It sucks. Help!
the best thing to do would be to buy a well padded bra. You most likely won't be able to stop them from getting hard, unless you can kep them really warm. The padding will help with that, and it may be beneficial to cross your arms a lot ot provide even more warmth. The padding is also there so nothing actually pokes out.
You need a thick padded bra to stop them from being so obvious. But better yet, why don't you enjoy the attention? Unless you're in a place where it's inappropriate, I say throw back your shoulders & stick 'em out & let whoever wants to see those rock hard nipples get a nice long look. If they don't like it, the hell with them!
