i can't tell you if you're fine or not. There is always a risk for things. Watch for your next period and if things are a little off, take a pregnancy test. Plain and simple. Most of the time a condom won't "fall off" though. It'll break. It's already in you, and if gravity is working the way it should, everything should stay in you instead of on him. If you are on top, the condom should stay on his dick. In any event, I wouldn't be cautious about condoms falling off. As long as they are still in date and show no signs of cracks or anything, they should be fine to use. Just watch for rips in the future.
