Hi! I wanna know about wetness in bed. I'm in my early 20s and about a week or two ago I woke up and realized that I came sometime during the night. I don't even remember if I was dreaming of anything sexy enough to make me come. This hasn't happened to me before and I guess I'm not worried as much as I am confused. Sex wise, this past month I was hooking up about once or twice a week, for exception of two weeks when I just wasn't feeling like being with someone. So, I'm not to sure if it has to do with the partners I've seen or what. Can girls have wet dreams?

Yes, women get wet dreams just like men. The difference is, it is easier to identify a man’s wet dream because of the ‘evidence’ they may leave behind (semen as a result of their orgasm); a woman might just feel wet. About 50% of women experience wet dreams, and they most often occur in the REM cycle of sleep. This is your body’s natural reaction to being excited and stimulated by what is going through your subconscious in the nighttime hours. Your breath may deepen, your heart will speed up, and you will become aroused, swollen, and wet. If you have experienced one, that odds are you will continue to have a few of these a year.
