Hmmm, hmm, hmm. That's the first thing that came to mind :) If it takes you forever to go while you're in her, maybe you should let her blow you all the way until you're about to cum and then go in. If she's willing to try anal, you may have more room in the back end. You'll just need loads of lube.
Beyond that, Zinc supposedly increases sensitivity for both men and women, but I don't know if it will work for you (it didn't really for me, but I'm a girl :-P). You can change positions to see if you can get in further any other way, but my guess is you've already done that.
If you're super concerned, you can always ask your doctor if there is anything to take to increase sensitivity. Medical knowledge may reach well beyond my 20 year old brain :)
